WebPro Company OÜ uses contact details only to respond to requests and communicate about possible cooperation.

Contact requests

When you contact us by form, email or phone, we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond to the request and arrange possible cooperation.

Website statistics

The website uses our own first-party statistics that are fully anonymous and cookieless. They set no cookies and do not store your IP address or a precise browser fingerprint — these are used only to derive a temporary anonymous identifier for counting visits, which is then discarded. Because the data is anonymous and cannot identify you, this measurement needs no separate consent. We measure the page address, language, country at a general level, referrer, device type and similar aggregate signals.

We do not send contact form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or other form text to the statistics system.

We also measure automated crawler and AI search bot traffic separately to understand whether search engines and AI systems can find important content. Bot statistics are created from aggregated server logs. We store the normalized bot name, request path, HTTP status, page type and country at a general level; IP addresses and full User-Agent strings are not stored in the persistent statistics.

Visitors can opt out of statistics measurement in their browser at any time by opening a page with ?stat-optout=1. To opt back in, use ?stat-optout=0.

Form security check

Contact forms use local security checks — a hidden honeypot field, submission timing check, IP rate limiting and content filtering — to reduce spam and automated form submissions.

Data retention

Information related to requests is retained for as long as necessary for communication, cooperation or legal obligations.
